Where is data hosted?
In the EU, on AWS Frankfurt.
Who is the controller?
Your organization is the data controller. Hyperhuman is the processor. A DPA is available on request via Contact us.
Is customer data used to train models?
No. Customer content is not used to train Hyperhuman AI models. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
Do you have ISO 27001 or SOC 2?
Those are not current certifications. Formal certifications are scoped with Enterprise.
What support and SLA do we get?
AI chat is 24/7. Enterprise adds a named team, SSO, and a custom SLA.
Is there a native SDK?
No. The API is the integration. Typed clients can be generated from the OpenAPI spec. Our own iOS and Android apps use that same API.
Security questions
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. Ask for it via Contact us. Your organization remains the controller.
Can we export member data?
Member data is available through the API. Further export is handled on request.
Is HIPAA included?
No. HIPAA is not a listed product feature.
Which regions do you cover for privacy law?
GDPR and UK GDPR. Hosting is in the EU (AWS Frankfurt).
